The lack of capital is known to be one of the main causes of many countries’ entrapment in the vicious cycle of poverty and underdevelopment. In addition, the presence or absence of appropriate institutional quality has an impact on poverty rates in these countries. This paper examines the effects of foreign direct investment and institutional quality (rule of law) on reducing poverty. To this end, a random effect panel econometric technique is applied using MENA countries’ data for 2000–2009. The Human Development Index is used as an indicator of poverty reduction. The findings show that the foreign direct investment and the appropriate institutional quality have significant positive effects on reducing poverty and increasing welfare.

E-banking is an innovation which has well developed through the extensive ICT (Information and Communication Technology) evolution. Banks tendency toward e-banking and providing new financial services has greatly helped e-commerce to grow in size. Mobile banking is one the modern electronic distribution channel, which is used by highly technology dependent banks; and increase convenience and value-added for both customers and banks. Despite the undeniable importance of e-banking and mobile banking, there is a point that has been neglected in our country: customers’ acceptance and adaptation with this modern technology, and leaving traditional procedures. In other words, unless this technology develops along with changes in customers’ attitudes, banks need to spend a lot on marketing and promotion to provoke the customers to use new financial services. The object of this research is to identify and prioritize effective factors on the application of mobile banking technology.
Pikarainen technology acceptance model is used as the conceptual model of this research. Furthermore, questionnaire is used to collect data from Parsian bank customers (sampled randomly from mobile banking users and non-users).
Effective variables are recognized through using Logistic Regression Test. Effective variables on mobile banking application, in respect of priority, are perceived security, perceived pleasure and communication quality. Finally, suggestions are made according to these results.

Given the importance of the oil sector in the economy and its impact on the revenues of the oil sector as part of the external balance, The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of global real price of oil on the international level. Based on theoretical, world oil prices of endogenous factors such as oil supply and demand and the whole world demand affected and A necessary condition to obtain this effect, the use of these exogenous factors is the economic model. This study during the period 1973-2007 using the structural vector regression model and vector regression model shows the effect of oil price shocks on the external balance of the country's. The results show that oil shocks have a weak direct effect on the balance of foreign, but strong indirect effect on the external balance and This is due to the oil and non-oil balance. In various oil shock, 48% and 42% of non-oil balances justify fluctuations of other variables foreign(Maximum attachment), so trade balance is very important for external imbalances.

Housing is a heterogeneous, durable, immovable, capital and commodity good which its value (price) is determined based on multiple and different characteristics such as infrastructure, the number of rooms, welfare amenities, access, security and other factors. Determination of the value of these features, which represent the share of each factor in the price of a residential unit is very important for those involved in the housing sector, even for vendors and buyers. In this regard, in the present study, the effective factors on housing prices in Kerman city have been examined by using a Hedonic pricing model. According to the subject, effective factors on housing prices have been used in the form of eight variables, including four physical features, three access properties, and an environmental feature. This model is estimated by using data from 156 questionnaires that were collected by the Statistical Center of Iran from villas in Kerman, and tested and implicit price of each characteristic (factor) is evaluated. The results show that only physical properties havesignificant and positive effect on the price of residential units which have been investigated. Among the physical properties, infrastructure has the greatest impact on the price and then respectively the area of the courtyard, the skeleton of concrete and metal, and frontage features are important.

This study tries to estimate and calculate intra-industry trade and to examine the effect of tariff rate on intra industry trade of Iran and Germany based on data collected in the period of 2004-2008. Using Grobel-Lloyd Index, we measure intra-industry trade in 8th level of HS classification. Then, by three methods of Green-away, Hine and Milner(1994), Fontagne and Freudenberg (1997) and Azhar and Elliott (2006), different types of intra-industry trade (horizontal or vertical) have been determined. Finally, the effect of tariff rate on intra-industry trade has been estimated using panel data. The results show that this type of trade has been low between Iran and Germany and most of it has been vertical along with low quality. Also the effect of tariff rate on intra-industry trade has been negative and significant. All in all, our results suggest that trade policy and foreign trade of Iran should provide condition in a way that the economy can benefits from this type of trade; And it shows how much tariff rates are important in this field.
