Physical and human capital, this pivotal subject, has led to the title of Development and Capital for the specialized economic journal. Development requires capital. It is natural that the expansion of investment could provide a suitable platform for one of the most important variables affecting growth and development in the Iranian economic context. Accordingly, the vision of the journal of development and capital is to make a visible mobilization in the country’s investment domain. So, in this way, attaining the highest rankings among the Persian language publications is the clear vision of the journal. In this regard, the goals of Development and Capital Journal are as follows:

          a) creating a suitable platform for publishing economic and research findings.

          b) providing an intellectual environment for researchers to discuss their latest findings.

        c) providing a suitable background and condition for exchanging ideas and information between the academic and research centers and scientific associations.

          d) attempting to meet the scientific and research needs of the country in the fields and topics related to the journal’s subject.

          e) laying the ground to overcome the investment obstacles in Iran’s economy to gain welfare.

         f) help to explain the concept of development in Iran’s economic literature.
