Abstract

Objective: Contrary to its nature in social structures, the organizational cult is defined as a kind of possessiveness of a group of power holders who simply manage the functions of the company in line with their own interests by confiscating the organizational structures. One of these functions, which under the influence of the promotion of structural sectarianism, creates the basis for violating the rights of others, is the functions of corporate governance. The purpose of this study is presenting the model of the strategic reference points matrix of the s corporate governance sectarian consequences and the effect of its dimensions on the aggravation of social anomie.

Method: The methodology of this study is developmental/applied, because while presenting a matrix framework of the corporate governance sectarian consequences, based on creating a cognitive coherence of information acquisition, it seeks to investigate its effect on the aggravation of social anomie. The research tools in the qualitative part are interviews and focusing on the phenomenological process to provide a matrix model of strategic reference points regarding the corporate governance sectarian consequences, so that based on the reliability assessment of the identified dimensions, in order to test the research hypothesis in the quantitative part, it is possible to develop a researcher-made questionnaire. Further, by focusing on the standard questionnaire of Messner to measure the anomie of stakeholders, the study investigated the research hypothesis through partial least squares (PLS) analysis.

Results: The results in the qualitative section during 13 interviews indicate the identification of 25 clusters in the form of 4 main themes of the central phenomenon of the study, which by performing two stages of Delphi analysis and removing 9 themes and performing content validity, presented a strategic reference matrix in the qualitative section. The results in the quantitative part also showed that the consequences of the ruling sectarianism have a positive and significant effect on the aggravation of social anomie.

Conclusion: In fact, the obtained results show that the gradual formation of governance sectarian structures in capital market companies causes the violation of shareholders' rights in material, spiritual, informational and civil forms and this issue causes the occurrence of anomie due to the possible anomalies that it creates in various ways in the capital market and in the relationship between companies and shareholders.
