بررسی عوامل اقتصادی- نهادی و زیست‌محیطی بر امید به زندگی سالم

چکیده

هدف: امید به زندگی سالم یکی از شاخص‌های سلامتی است که بیان می‌دارد؛ یک فرد به طور متوسط چند سال سالم و به دور از بیماری طولانی مدت زندگی می‌کند. تغییرات این شاخص به دلیل تغییرات در طول عمر و سلامت است. بهبود این شاخص بر سایر بخش‌ها همانند اقتصاد چشمگیر است. بنابراین مطالعه بر امید به زندگی سالم مهم و ضروری است. پژوهش حاضر به اثرپذیری امید به زندگی از متغیرهای اقتصادی نهادی و زیست محیطی پرداخته است.
 
روش: پژوهش حاضر برای بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای اقتصادی، نهادی و زیست محیطی مؤثر  بر سلامت در 37 کشور و بازه زمانی 2000 تا 2021 از رویکرد مدل پانل آستانه‌ای بهره برده است.
 
یافته‌ها: متغیر حکمرانی خوب به عنوان متغیر آستانه و متغیرهای هزینه‌های بهداشتی، CO2 و فلاکت به عنوان متغیرهای کنترلی در نظر گرفته شده است. نتایج مدل دو رژیمی با یک حد آستانه‌ای را تایید می‌کند. متغیرهای هزینه‌های بهداشتی و انتشار CO2 تأثیر بیشتری را در گروه پایین آستانه دارد ولی در کشورهای بالای آستانه، متغیرهای هزینه‌های بهداشتی و شاخص فلاکت از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش هزینه‌های بهداشتی دسترسی به خدمات بهداشتی را آسان‌تر و هزینه‌های درمان را کاهش می‌دهد که این مسئله امید به زندگی سالم را بهبود می‌دهد. کاهش فلاکت باعث می‌شود تا عملکرد گسترش هزینه‌های بهداشتی تا حد ممکن به بیشترین میزان خودش برسد. عامل اصلی دیگر در بهبود سلامت در سطح جامعه کاهش CO2 است.
