بررسی اثر ریسک بر تقاضای پوشش بیمه و انتخاب نامساعد در بیمه مسئولیت پزشکان متخصص

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر سطوح ریسک فردی و حرفه‌ای پزشکان متخصص بر تقاضای بیمه مسئولیت حرفه‌ای و امکان بروز انتخاب نامساعد انجام شد. همچنین نقش عواملی چون سابقه دعاوی، تجربه کاری، نوع تخصص، شرایط محیطی و آگاهی از مقررات بیمه‌ای در تصمیم خرید بیمه‌نامه و شدت انتخاب نامساعد تحلیل می‌گردید.
 
روش: پژوهش حاضر مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات مرتبط است و شکاف‌های موجود در زمینه بیمه مسئولیت پزشکان و تأثیر سطح ریسک بر تصمیمات خرید بیمه را شناسایی می‌کند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، مقالات منتشرشده در پایگاه‌های PubMed، Web of Science، Scopus و Google Scholar طی سال‌های 2000 تا 2024 بررسی شد. تحلیل‌ها با هدف شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر تقاضای بیمه و سازوکارهای انتخاب نامساعد صورت گرفت.
 
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد متخصصان حوزه‌های پرخطر مانند جراحی و بیهوشی، پزشکان با تجربه کمتر، سابقه دعاوی یا فعالیت در مناطق با شکایات بالا، تمایل بیشتری به انتخاب بیمه‌نامه‌های جامع دارند که نشانگر بروز انتخاب نامساعد است. علاوه بر این، آگاهی از قوانین، شرایط قرارداد و تجربه قبلی با شرکت‌های بیمه نیز بر انتخاب بیمه تأثیرگذار بود.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش با تأکید بر نقش سطح ریسک فردی و حرفه‌ای پزشکان و پدیده انتخاب نامساعد، ضرورت طراحی دقیق‌تر بیمه‌نامه‌ها در بازار بیمه مسئولیت را نشان می‌دهد. همچنین این مطالعه مبنایی برای سیاست‌گذاری آگاهانه‌تر، بهبود ساختار قراردادهای بیمه‌ای در تعامل میان پزشکان و بیمه‌گران فراهم آورند. این امر در نهایت به افزایش کارایی بازار بیمه و ارتقای کیفیت خدمات سلامت منجر خواهد شد.
