توسعه انسانی و پارادوکس استرلین: شواهدی از کشورهای در حال توسعه

چکیده

هدف: دستیابی به جامع شاد، به یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف جوامع تبدیل شده است. به طوری رسیدن به این هدف مورد توجه دولت‌ها، سیاستگذاران و پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر توسعه انسانی بر شادی در منتخب کشورهای در حال توسعه است.
 
روش: بدین منظور برای بررسی تأثیر توسعه انسانی بر شادکامی در منتخب کشورهای در حال توسعه طی دوره 2022-2007 از الگوی از تخمین زن گشتاور تعمیم‌یافته (GMM) که مبتنی بر مدل‌های پویای پانلی است به‌کار گرفته شده است.
 
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده لگاریتم شادی (LHAP)، با یک وقفه می‌تواند متغیر شادی را به میزان 20/1 درصد افزایش دهد. شاخص توسعه انسانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر شادی داشته است. به طوری‌که با افزایش یک درصدی شاخص توسعه انسانی، 39/1 درصد شادی افزایش می‌یابد. دیگر نتایج به‌دست آمده حاکی از آن است که لگاریتم اندازه دولت و لگاریتم درجه باز بودن اقتصاد منجر افزایش شادی و لگاریتم نابرابری درآمدی منجر به کاهش شادی شده است.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین در کشورهای در حال توسعه دولت‌ها با تخصص بیشتر بودجه به بخش آموزش و بهداشت با هدف افزایش استانداردهای به روز زندگی باعث رضایتمندی مردم شده که در نتیجه نشاط و شادکامی مردم افزایش می‌یابد.
